Document Storage with Free Will Updates
If your Will cannot be found at the required time the law will treat you as having died intestate i.e. without a Will, in effect wasting all the time, money and effort of putting it into place. Only the original, signed and witnessed Will is valid and it is vital your documents are kept safe and can be found quickly at the required time.
Our storage facility is both fireproof and flood proof. We also issue personalised storage cards to your nominated executors to allow them the facility to quickly retrieve the document which is extremely important.
It is recommended that you review your Will at least once every 5 years or if there is a major change of circumstances. As part of our document storage service our clients benefit from our unlimited free Will updating service, which ensures their Wills always reflect their current circumstances.
